Dwelling Capital Partners was founded with a focus on the acquisition, proprietorship, and management of multifamily apartment complexes.
Multifamily real estate provides the opportunity to achieve high yielding
returns while also creating tax advantages for our clients and investors.
Our consequent goal is to build generational wealth for our investors
while simultaneously improving living situations for our residents.
We look for class C+ to B+ residential multi family real estate where we can add value. Adding value can be achieved through raising outdated rents to market, creating new income streams for the property or renovating the property to increase rents to market. All three of these options are weighed when we are looking for investment opportunities.
